High altitude camp in Livigno

Sara trains at high altitude as part of a bid to qualify for the Olympics in the 100 butterfly. Good feeling! Have also been able to enjoy some skiing in the lovely environment.

Looking forward to 2024

The successes in 2023 have made Sara even more excited for 2024! Starts the 2024 season with training camp in Stellenbosch in South Africa. Happy New Year!

EC: Bronze in 50 butterfly and two gold team races!

The short track EC in Bucharest was a great success with the bronze individual, which was the first individual medal as a senior. In addition, two golds in the team race of 4 x 50 freestyle and 4 x 50 medley!

Lecturer at swimming camp

“Getting the chance to share experiences and lessons learned is something I’m trying to do more and more. I was invited to lecture at the Middle Swedish Swimming Federation’s swimming camp in Älvdalen at the end of August. 37 young people and coaches listened when I talked about the importance of thinking long-term and being patient.”
